Re: Required Removal of TRF-ZW3 Product Listings and Marketing Materials
Dear Valued Partner,
This notice concerns the URC TRF-ZW3, a legacy accessory product that was officially discontinued in late 2021. The product is end-of-life, is no longer supported, and is not available for sale from URC in any form.
As part of a compliance undertaking with Bluetooth SIG, Inc., URC is required to ensure that the TRF-ZW3 is no longer listed, advertised, or represented as commercially available through any sales channel, and that all associated marketing materials — including any use of the Bluetooth® word mark or logos in connection with this product — are withdrawn.
Action required only if you currently list, stock, advertise, or otherwise offer the TRF-ZW3 — no later than July 21, 2026:
- Remove all TRF-ZW3 product listings from your websites, e-commerce storefronts (including third-party marketplaces you operate), and online catalogs.
- Remove or discard all TRF-ZW3 marketing and promotional materials, including spec sheets, product images, brochures, printed catalogs, and in-store displays.
- Cease any sale, advertisement, or representation of the TRF-ZW3 as an available product.
- Confirm completion in writing by reply email to jspinelli@urc-automation.com, no later than July 21, 2026.
If you do not currently carry, list, or advertise the TRF-ZW3 — which we expect is the case for nearly all partners — no action and no reply are required. Written confirmation is needed only from partners who identify and remove TRF-ZW3 listings or materials. If you find TRF-ZW3 references you are unable to remove by the deadline, or have any questions, contact me immediately at the email address above.
This notice applies solely to the TRF-ZW3. It does not affect any other URC product, current or discontinued, and no action is required with respect to your broader URC product lineup.
