The Virtual Assistant, available 24/7 through URC's award-winning Dealer Portal and website www.urc-automation.com, leverages AI to support URC’s Total Control® and Complete Control® product lines. By adding voice interaction, URC provides an intuitive, hands-free way for dealers to access technical information, user guides, partner manuals, videos, and more.
